Nutrition

I know that we talk a lot about nutrition and zoning, but I thought this might be helpful.  A couple of things to watch for:  1.  look at the amount of powder that comes out of his cup compared to what went in, and 2.  what are those vitamins?  I am switching.

"I gotta take my omegas" Those don't look like any of the omegas I have here. Interesting how most of the bottles looked rather "Pharmaceutical". Much of it without any labeling. Yeah, Ronnie Coleman just drinks a lot of protein and his "omegas".

From what I understand, he started off as a cop before he got ridiculously huge. He remained in a very limited capacity, almost honorary. Now, he is out completely. While he would scare the shit out of you if he approached, just run. You know he has got to be horribly slow.
